The West Indies Sugar & Trading Company (Wistco) is a joint venture between the Barbados Agricultural Management Company Ltd (BAMC), Goddard Enterprises Ltd and UK investors.

The BAMC is the sole sugar producer on the island. It operates two factories and has extensive technical expertise and facilities through its Sugar Technical Research Unit.

Goddard Enterprises Ltd is a long established company in Barbados with operations across the Caribbean. 

Wistco pays almost twice the EU subsidised price for Plantation Reserve, allowing the industry to make a reasonable margin and providing funds for ongoing development programmes. We operate primarily from Barbados and across the English speaking Caribbean but also have an office in the United Kingdom.
