We are all becoming increasingly careful about what we eat and drink, and sugar is no exception. At the West Indies Sugar & Trading Company, we think that if sugar is used at all it should be used in moderation. And as people who care more about the quality than the quantity of the sugar that we produce, we always recommend using slightly less, better sugar. Plantation Reserve has an exceptional taste and aroma that, we think, is best used sparingly. All of which may sound a little odd coming from a sugar company, but then we believe in better sugar, not more of it.

Our sugar is different because it’s made from raw cane, specially selected at the height of the season. And with a taste and aroma that is, quite simply, a cut above the rest, we would suggest that you enjoy Plantation Reserve in the same way as any other very fine product, a little more sparingly.
